Linda's knits

When Linda visited the shop last week she brought *two* finished projects. The first is the Icarus Shawl designed by Miriam Felton and published in the Summer 2006 Interweave Knits. Linda used 2 skeins of Schaefer's Anne, which she bought back when Stephanie Pearl-McPhee was in town.







Linda also brought this scarf, for which it seemed she'd only just bought the yarn. The yarn is Claudia Hand Painted Fingering and the pattern is the Dragon Scale Scarf by Jade Sapphire.



I think this is a great match of yarn and pattern. The yarn has subtle color changes and the pattern has subtle curves. It's just beautiful.
