Jane knits

It is always such a pleasure when Jane comes to visit us. Yesterday we were doubly pleased. Not only did she bring her lovely friend Martha, she brought her finished Clapotis!


Isn't it fantastic? Jane used 4 skeins of Estelle cashmere in the apple blossom colorway. She said she enjoyed the simplicity of the pattern and the great effect to which it was used. Grace and I have each completed this shawl recently, but after seeing Jane's I know we are both planning our next one!
